A great idea.

I have a great new idea.

We have a bag with clothes packed and a wardrobe with clothes unpacked. What I don't use for now (ie clothers for cold season) are in the bag, and vice versa.
So, twice a year we shift.

We have a on-going initiative called 30-70 at home. I read in a FengShui book that most people use 20% of their belonging during 80% of the time. We try to extend this to use 30% of the stuff 70% of the time. Do you get it?

So, yesterday evening, I went down to our storage room for the 30-70 project and carried up a box full with some porceline. There were a yellow tea set, a rusty red teaset and a gray japanese tea set. All very nice and I don't want to throw them away but there is no chance we have room for those in the kitchen storage space.

So my idea is : why not do the same as for winter-summer clothes?

Summer and winter porceline.

Shift color by season. I think it make sence. You already do it to some extent. Glögg-set and red stuff for christmas for example.

So M, when you come back, you will find out what porceline I've picked for the summer season!

A Great idea!!!!!

We will also get some exercise carrying the porcelin up and down the stairs twice per year.

Red is, as you wrote, Winter. I think yellow and blue is summer.
